On March 8th, 2022, the Women in Astronomy working group of the International Astronomical Union (IAU) organized a workshop on “Enterprising Women in Astronomy” in which I gave an invited talk on “The International Schools for Young Astronomers: a 55 year-old program with world-wide impacts in research, education, development and outreach”
